King of Thornes by Mark Lawrence

My review of King of thornes by Mark Lawrence. This is book number 2 in the series and I highly recommend reading the first book as it’s a good read. This book was to good to put down I read it through quite quickly. It’s also probably one of my favourite series also. (I’ve got quite a few 😁) anyway back with the main man that is Jorg who is still a sociopath and all around ass hat but in a good way. It’s gone forward 4 years from the last book but it does go back amd forth to him being younger throughout some of the chapters.

I would’ve enjoyed this book more if it delved into the magic/necromancer abit more as you don’t really know where it comes from or how he gets them. Also they develope randomly especially when in a heated scene.

Violence yes theres lots of it from start to finish and quite graphic. There is some sexual references but nothing to graphic.

A Dark time comes.
My time.
If it offends you.
Stop Me.
