Dreaded beard trim blog #3

So the dreaded beard trim. This can be quite daunting and there’s nothing after growing your majestic face rug going to a barber and getting ruined. I’ve been there done it I can’t think of anything worse. I could’ve literally sat in the barber’s chair crying my eyes out after some one thought it would be a good idea to ruin my bears. So some advice I’ve learned the hard way. If you want a beard style find a picture of the one you would like that would fit your face shape and beard growth. Explain to your barber that’s how you would like it and also how long you would like it. Don’t just ask for a little bit off and assume the barber knows what a little bit as your “little bit” might be completely different from their “little bit” so specify and make sure they understand 😁. If it’s the first time you’re getting your beard trimmed ask someone who has a beard for advice on where to go. Even google it as now most places have reviews so you can make your mind up beforehand. If your feeling brave enough you could dare and try it yourself. I’ve done this a few times and yes I’ve ruined my beard then completely shaved it off. But now after doing it a few times I am getting better at it. I have watched numourous videos on YouTube which have helped a lot.
