Gone #Review

Four strangers are missing. Left at their last-known locations are birthday cards that read:

The police aren’t worried – it’s just a game. But the families are frantic. As psychologist and private detective Dr Augusta Bloom delves into the lives of the missing people, she finds something that binds them all.

And that something makes them very dangerous indeed.

As more disappearances are reported and new birthday cards uncovered, Dr Bloom races to unravel the mystery and find the missing people.

But what if, this time, they are the ones she should fear?

Well considering this isn’t my usual genre that I read ( I am starting to read more like this book) I couldn’t seem to tear myself away from the book. I just wanted to see what was going to happen. It is a real page turner that has you constantly second guessing yourself while you have hairs sticking up in anticipation.

You will get lost in the world that Leona has created. You will never be the same after reading this book. All the way through the book I was constantly thinking how, what, eh, the f**k is going on here.

This book did  leave a bit of an imprint on me. I really did enjoy reading the book. Also glad to be apart of another amazing tour ran by the fabulous Anne Carter.

I’d give this book a big old 5/5
