Not my usual reviews

As the title says not my usual review now lets talk about beards. During this whole end of the world pandemic/crisis whatever you want to call it I’ve decided to let mine grow out. I do usually have some form lf beard. I no when it gets too long my Mrs complains that much that I end up trimming it and shaving it off. So I thought I’d look around and see about how to actually look after this face rug of mine. Ao obviously my first place to look was YouTube and found a channel called beardtube who without knowing has helped me alot. Please go and check his channel out it really is brilliant. I think I’ve watched all his videos then got quite confident in trimming my own beard so it doesn’t look like a birds nest on my face. So now on to looking after the face rug. Naturally when on YouTube most of the videos of are from America. So some of the products they review are also American. So when checking prices to get delivered to the UK obviously the price is nearly the same price as the item your buying.

So now Google comes into play. I checked many websites and reviews and kept coming back to a company called the Brighton Beard company. They have a good range of products and read the reviews on their website. I read all the product descriptions especially when it comes to the ingredients. As you should only be putting natural products in your beard as you don’t want any nasty chemicals on you beard. I did end up buying three products from them and I was abit apprehensive as I don’t like buying from websites/companies that I don’t know.

I am so glad I did. I ended up buying a beard balm and oil and also their beard conditioner. WOW so glad I did. The scent is amazing I bought the lemon and jasmine which is unreal. As soon as you open the product it hits you like a mike tyson right hook but in the most nicest way possible. The packaging that it came in was beautifully presented and wish I had took a picture.

They also put in a handmade note which I thought was really cool and personal. I also bought a beard conditioner. My beard has always been dry and feels like stroking a cactus. So thought something has to be done as oils weren’t cutting it. I decided to buy the conditioner (wish I bought the shampoo also) I’ve been using this nearly everyday and boy have I noticed a difference. My beard doesn’t feel like it had. It now feels amazing to the point where my Mrs actually likes stroking my face (it is quite therapeutic) this conditioner with the oil and beard balm has made my beard go from feeling like a cactus to feeling like stroking something magical.

So if you do have a beard or are thinking of growing or knows someone who has one then please direct them to this website https://www.thebrightonbeardcompany.co.uk/

You won’t be disappointed in the fact that everything they make is homemade with natural ingredients and right here in this beautiful country of ours.
