I kind of felt like I was in the same boat. My friends/work colleagues don’t read. My partner reads a lot but our tastes in books are quite the opposite.
I like to talk about books on my blog as it lets me express myself on what I think of said book. Then when someone comments on it I think its great as that the interaction I’m looking for.
I’m now starting to connect with like-minded people through my blog which I really appreciate and looking forward to many more interactions with other bloggers.

I don’t really talk to friends about books most of them don’t read books. I think the blogging community is great and enjoy talking to other like minded people.
