Why doesn’t my brain come with an off switch?

For the past few days my brain just doesn’t want to switch off. It seems to be on overdrive but not in a productive way.

I wish I could just flick a switch and just have 5 minutes peace. I just need to get rid of this nagging feeling.

I literally can’t pinpoint the reason why but I wish I could πŸ˜‚ I apologise for the rambling. Hopefully a good nights sleep will sort this out 😣
